**COVID policy**
If airline cancels or a party member ​has to isolate we will refund or change dates.
Proof of cancelation in written or positive covid test will need to be shown.

Non refundable booking deposit: £200 or $250
Security deposit with final payment £250 or $300 returned within 4 weeks
Gas pool heat is $30 per day or $175 per week and will be required in cooler months

No Smoking villa, sorry no pets
All Bookings must be made in writing with a £200 or $250 non-refunable booking deposit.
​We give 7 days for post to arrive with your booking information and deposit.
Confirmation will be sent as soon as payment is received.
I can accept secure forms of payment if you wish to use a credit card or PayPal at a charge of 4.5% via paypal.

Booking less than 6 day their is a $115 clean charge
Pool heat is $30 per day or $175 per week
