Our beautiful vacation home is in the peaceful award winning subdivision of Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport.
The villa is 2 story with 3 bedroom's 2 bathrooms and will sleep 6-7 very comfortably, outside there is a fully screened solar heated pool with large deck area which receives the sunshine all day.
We are surrounded by 165 acres of wetland, ponds, a protected nature reserve and a beautiful 45 acre deep water lake named Lake Madison which is just a short walk away.
Situated just of highway 27 makes this villa's location conveniently placed for the 192 and Interstate-4, and within a few minutes drive of supermarkets, shopping facilities, eating places, entertainment venues & numerous golf courses, including the Greg Norman designed 36 hole course at Champions Gate.
Disney's gates are 10-12 minutes away and Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World about 25 minutes drive.
After a long flight it will only take about a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and less than 1 hour from Sanford before you are at our villa.
