Welcome to Florida!

Since 1990, we’ve been enchanted by this beautiful, area of Florida and over the years seen many changes while creating cherished memories with Lyn’s parents Peter and Dorothy, our family Christopher, & Louise, grandson Jack along with son in law Simon 

 

In 2000, we bought our first villa in Poinciana, and after outgrowing it quickly, we found our beloved home on Bridgewater Crossing in 2005.  We have many lovely friends, memories we cherish, and lots of visits with family and friends.

Our guests who stayed over the years also have become friends and many have visited many time over the 20 years we have owned our past villa.

A sad and happy day on 26th Sept 2025 as we sold this home and bought another villa on Bridgewater Crossing a large beautiful executive lake views pool home and we love it.

Ray and Lyn were very lucky to be offered this stunning villa and we jumped at the chance as it is a villa we have always loved so a big thank you to past owners Derek and Wendy our very good friends for giving us have this wonderful opportunity as you know? we love it.
