The SOLAR HEATED swimming pool is 12 x 24 and enjoys the Florida sunshine all day.
The pool and deck area is enclosed in a Florida lanai and is a great place to sunbath on the new lounge's or sit and relax with family and friends on a hot night with a few Budweiser's or a ice cool wine.
We have just installed solar heating which should heat the pool at no extra costs for the cooler months it should increase the temperature by 10 degrees from an unheated pool of course this depends on if the sun is shining, you do have the option if needed to add addition heat via the pool gas heater only their is a charge per day for this.
The pool at night looks fantastic when lit up.
Early booking is advised for dates from October to March, discount given for snowbirds staying 3 or more weeks.
Across the street is a pond where you can fish or visit the wild life, you may even get to see Norman the alligator swimming about or Eric the raccoon and Rosy the squirrel running about.
