The villa is a 2 story home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has everything you could wish for and more to make your stay an relaxing enjoyable one.
The villa will sleep 6-7 comfortably plus one on a put you up bed plus we have a babies cot, high chair, baby walker and 2 car booster seats for you to use free of charge.
All the rooms have been freshly painted, AC throughout the villa and there is ceiling fans in the lounge and each bedroom.
The SOLAR HEATED POOL is enclosed with a screened Florida lanai, and we have a large deck area and a wonderful 12 x 24 swimming pool, the pool and deck area gets the sun from dawn to dusk.
SOLAR HEAT IS FREE as long as the sunshine's but if you require the pool to be heated via the gas pool heater there is an additional charge to do this.
The 2 car garage houses the washer and dryer.
WE HAVE TRIED TO MAKE THE VILLA FEEL JUST LIKE YOUR OWN HOME
Downstairs
Lounge
Contemporary style furniture, which is very relaxing and has plenty of space to sit, relax, and watch the multi channel digital 27in colour TV or a DVD after a tiring day in the theme parks or shopping.
We have provided for your enjoyment lots of maps, puzzles, cards, games, DVD player, films books some toys, play station with games and a radio cassette.
Dining area
There is plenty of space for a family meal around the 6 seated dining table, or just to sit and watch the family swim in the pool through the window. Free use of babies high chair if required.
Kitchen
The Kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal, plenty of cups, plates, pots and pans.
There is a large fridge with ice maker which is great to keep the Budweiser cold, an American style cooker, microwave, coffee percolator and a dishwasher and just to make life easy a electric can opener, toaster, electric kettle, whisk and a waste disposal.
En-suite Master bedroom & Bathroom
This nicely decorated room has a new comfortable KING SIZE BED, with an overhead canopy.
A large American style walk in closet has lots of clothes hangers, extra bedding and towels. A multi channel TV and DVD which is great for watching the TV in bed.
The en-suite bath room has a half bath with screened shower door and lots of hot water.
