Area Information
Bridgewater Crossing is in Polk County, just off CR54 Ronald Regan Parkway, close to the Champions Gate Golf course junction number 58 (old 24) on I-4.
 |
The 78 acre community is nestled amongst 165 acres of stunning pine forest.
A short walk from the villa is a 45 acre deep water lake, and a 2 ½ mile nature trail which winds around the lake and through the forest.

Amenities in Bridgewater Crossing include a lakeside swimming pool with changing facilities, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a children's play area, the home owners association on the estate keep the area in fantastic condition it's clean and very well looked after so much so it has won awards.

A few minutes drive you will find the Champions Gate Golf course CHAMPIONS GATE and a shopping complex, which include:

Drive along Lake Wilson Road for about 3 minutes and you will find Highway 192, along this road you will find lots of supermarkets, shops, factory outlets, gas/petrol stations, golf outlet and flea market plus lots of restaurants that will catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets.

Disney gate is around 10-12 minute drive from the villa where you will be entertained all day in spectacular fashion, a fantastic experience for both old and young.
Sea World, Universal Studio's and Islands of Adventures are 20-25 minutes away if you take the Interstate 4 a completely different experience from Disney but a full days entertainment for young and old.
It would be very easy
for us to tell you what you will experience when visiting the parks as we
have been so many times over the years, but I feel it would be like telling
